Shipping
We are using Australia Post as our main courier, therefore, we can ship to virtually any address in Australia, including PO BOX. Two shipping options are available through Australia Post: FREE SHIPPING and EXPRESS POST SHIPPING (extra standard express shipping cost of $15).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that we offer free shipping for all items but some rural areas may incur additional shipping cost.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
*Please note that all our items are in the 30 days return policy except BADMINTON RACKET. This is because we will not be able to resell the racket once it has been used or tried by the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Partial refund will be offered if you have returned items in non-reselling condition. We will contact you to discuss with your situation once we have received your returned item.

Change of mind
We do not cover the shipping cost for sending back the item if you have changed your mind of returning the item within 30 days money back period for full refund.
Faulty Item
We will only accept faulty item within 14 days of purchased and we will cover the shipping for sending back.
